hi rcasta, the router was configured by the vendor. If i set the "no keepalive", will that force the dialer to dial when the line was drop?
What I understand from the vendor was that it will keep the ISDN connection alive and will not timeout and disconnect.

Check Symantec website (www.sarc.com) for tools to scan recent worm, W32.MSBlaster and W32.Welchia.
If u are looking at blocking the worm on your network, visit Cisco site for some solution.
