My IE shortcuts open a print screen instead of the URL when double clicked.
I have tried changing file associations. The "Shortcut" tab is missing when viewed with Properties. The IE shortcut to open IE itself is ok and has the tab.
All worms and viruses etc eliminated. Do not want to...
Nothing worked, so I removed all Adobe programs, even Palm reader etc! I then re-installed Adobe 5.0.5 only and all is well again!

I have checked the box, but still have error message "unable to find acrobat reader".
Do I need to reboot, perhaps?

XP Professional is working perfectly except that it refuses to keep any restore points, other than the one it creates as you open it.
I tried to re-install (upgrade) windows, but it says a file is missing.
