    Try having them use the release button instead of hanging up the phone. Remember the station and agent form must match in the auto answer field.

    Sure, all the time. Fun to scare folks if there not expecting it. You must turn on Remote Access (Not recommened) and simply dial the group page extension number assuming all your permissions are set correctly.

    Trying to record ACD agent login/logout times to export to a timesheet system. No CMS. Any ideas? Example: Agent 2001 logged in at 8:00 AM and logged out at 5:00 PM. Will anything interface with the Definity to capture this information without CMS? Thanks!
