Is there anywhere in the director software where you can see if a 911 trunk is down or anyway to set it up to where when a 911 trunk goes down you can be notified by e-mail?
Does anyone know if there is a device that can connect an Intuity Audix Map40 to a virtualized Shoretel voicemail system? The reason I ask is where in the process of converting some of our buildings to Shoretel and we need the voicemail systems to work together during the conversion.

I have a user who travels to two different sites during the week. She has two extensions. Let's say here two extensions are 7837 at Site A and 8325 at Site B. The user what's her phone to still ring at 7837 but when people go to leave her a message she wants it to be left in the 8325 voicemail...
Anyone have a voicemail messaging system diagram sheet in better shape then the one I've attached? Also anyone have the smaller business card looking cheat sheet for voicemail?
I yesterday replaced all the cards in the Pbx one by one and also tried another csu/dsu connecting with a cat 5 cable. The problem still exists. At&t has been out twice and they say everything is working fine. Is there anything else I can try?
