    Erm not quite what I was looking for I need to now hoe to get exchanges to download the mail fom my ISP on its own then using outlook to get the emails off exchange. I can do it if I use a idla-up account but that is too slow.

    Get into the mailbox for the user concerned then click on the Delivery options tab and in the alternate recipient part use the option which enables the field and put the email address in that you want the mail to goto.

    SOS ! - Outbound mail are not going out

    If you have got a DNS Server on your network then set-up a mx record with the ip address of the exchange server in it then setup the exchange server to use DNS to deliver mail. I now this works as this is how my sever is setup and it leave the server almost immediatly via my adsl router.

    How do I get Exchange Server to connect to my isp mailbox using a adsl router instead of using a dial up connection? I am able to send mail out using the adsl connection but I am unable to recieve mail. Please help me.
