Novell File Access Latency
We're running SP9 with post-sp9 SNMP fixes. The Netware servers in question are running 100/full. All clients are forced 100/full, NOT autodetect. We are running Office97 sr-2b. Lotus Notes, which OS is best?
Are you limited only to those platforms? We're running Domino 5.08 on AS400 hardware and have not had a problem. NT4 Server has been very stable for us as well. What hardware are you running on?- ScottHarrison

We have an ongoing problem that I'm trying to address. Our employees have their home drives (H:) mapped to various Novell volumes. Departmental shares are also stored on Novell volumes. Although Oracle's download site says that Personal Oracle 8.1.6 release 2 is the only version intended for installation on Windows 2000, I am running Personal 8.1.5 on my Win2000 Professional laptop without a problem. p2 366Mhz 64mb ram Perhaps I got lucky. -S- ScottHarrison
