Thanks for the response. I will try and check for another date setting on his Q. Since the user is a salesman this could take a while.
Then I think I'll try to uninstall and reinstall the Commontime software on his laptop and his mobile device.

update-
I uninstalled and reinstalled Lotus Notes Client on the user's laptop on Friday. The date problem was fixed.
On Monday morning he sends an email and the timestamp date has once again moved one month ahead.
Now what?
A full virus scan came back clean.
The email for one of my users is time stamped for 2/17/08. Today is actually 1/17/08. In his Calendar it shows that today is 2/17/08.
His windows XP time and date is correct. The data on the mobile Q device he syncs with is correct.
The date on the Domino server is correct.

I have two users (6.5.1) whose Calendars populate with line's through the meeting information whenever they accept a meeting invitation.
If they delete the lined out calendar entry the lines dissappear and the entry remains.
They both sync with PDA/Phones.
Thanks for the post, but we are still stuck.
Just to clarify the problem my user is experiencing. We are stopped by the 'Invalid or Nonexistent Document' message as soon as 'Preferences' is selected. How can I browse for the missing file, when I can't open the 'Preferences' application.
