Very Tricky Problem here!!!!!!!!
Iam dealing with 300 mailboxes and they alredy have the mailboxes and PSTs The mailbox size (Total) is about 24gb and thus the Exchange server is overwhelmed. I have a file server with PSTs and has a capacity of 90gb but i need to do something urgently Apart from compressing from the client...- blurredforlife

The pst are not on the exchange servern 5.5 They are on a file server. i.e when users log in they get (mapped to the ) their mail from the PSTs , located on the (File server) Problem? How can i reduce the size of the PSTs automatically just like the way you can reduce the size or limit the size...- blurredforlife
