I think you can use, if you know Internet provider phone number, LCR DNT1 and DNT2 tabs to avoid this type of traffic. The solutione requires frequent maintenance because you have to add new number when you know it, but is a clean solution

Is it possible upgrade to BC11 an old system (BC9) with LBP18, LBP19 or a system with LBP15 replacing the IPU board with a NIU? I tried to use it but when loading, system doesn’t recognize NIU board, I replaced LSU and DSU in the LIM with no effect.
