    CMS Wallboards

I was checking out our setting(configurations) on our wallboards yesterday using the terminal verison of CMS. I went out to start/stop, and when I went back to configurations, most of the 12 configurations were gone. Any ideas on why this happened, or more importanly, how to get them back...

How do you backup CMS toolbar buttons?

Sorry, I should have mentioned we are using version 8.x of CMS. We hope to upgrade the switch and software this or next quarter. Any ideas for v8.x? I have tried to copy the cmsname directory and that didn't help with the toolbar, but the thresholds came through. Thanks,

How do you backup CMS toolbar buttons?

We regularly refresh PC's in our company (every two years). Does anyone know how to backup toolbar settings/buttons, Threshold settings, etc? TCS version 4.x and Win XP

We lost our support contract with Aspect whil we search out a potential new vendor. Are there any TCS version 4.x compatibility issues with WIN XP? We are getting our autorun machine lease refreshed, and the new builds have WIN XP. Thanks, Neil

    CMS Scripting

Thanks for this post!! One question I have is, some of my .cvsauto files that are not short DOS names (i.e. Call Center Reports.cvsauto) If I take the spaces out of the file name, I can get the command to work. How can I run this report in the batch file, without changing all of my file names...

Scripts in Avaya CMS version 11

IMHO, I find it easier to re-record the script. Once you get to the print menu, then choose script.(I am not at work, so I can't see the menus) I have several scripts that I have scheduled to push data out to a text file, and several that I print reports every morning before I get in. I also...

    CMS CentreVu

Try deleting the cache directory completely. Make sure you are completely logged out off CMS. I have had this problem on several Win2K machines, and this seems to fix all of them.
