What I would like to do is swap out our 400 card (Slot 5) with a 008MLX to get some more ports on our switch. Can anyone tell me what would be involved to do this? How much programming would be needed? Would I have to go through and reprogram every port after this back to it's original...

I was looking through SPM and didn't find anywhere to change it to delayed ring. I did look at the programming guide and saw that "Feature *36" will set it to delayed but when I put it on my phone it didn't seem to change anything.

Operator phone rings once before the Automated Attendant picks up. Any ideas why this would be happening? 007MLM Merlin Legend R7 V12 Also if I dial 0 from any phone I get a fast busy. It doesn't go to the operator ext. 10. Any idea why this might be happening?

What I did was convert the backup I had to R7 and restored it to the system. Everything seems to be working fine now. Thanks for all your help!

If I was able to get a CKE4 would I be able to just to a restore without worrying about Release and Version?

Hi- We recently had a processor card die on us. I opened up that clamshell and it was a CKE4. The only replacement processor card I could find for cheap was a CKE3 with R7 V12. I'm not sure what release or Version the Legend system was using before. Is there a way to tell? Will I be able to just...
