Single message sent... two copies delivered?
I have the same issue, but mine is recurring. I have one user who is on Outlook 2003 and many of the mails he sends are received twice. I am on Exchange 5.5. The user though connects remotely from an internet account, in case that makes a difference. Please let me know if you've found a...- orens

Emails getting delivered twice
I seem to be experiencing this problem, but ONLY for the one user I have who uses Outlook 2003. The rest of the office is on Outllok 2000. Exchange error 356
The full text from the Arserve job log is: E8604 Failed to start backup (DBNAME=dbxchg2, EC=Backup Agent Error - (356) "Try the backup later. Another backup is running on the server". Basically the dbaxchg\Information Store successfully backs up. I get the error above when it gets to...- orens
