Storagetek 9710
Last week we removed 2 drives from the top, but did not save the config. Yesterday we saved the config, and that's when the errors' started. Which plates do you mean, and do you know how i can get the configuration installation and administartion manuals for the 9710. Thanks for your response...- dolapo

StorageTek Timberwolf 9730 SCSI problem
Have you checked the scsi ID for the Host adapter (SCSI Card)you have to specify a unique id. That may be the reason you get the error at boot up- dolapo

Storagetek 9710
We changed number of drives from 8 to 4, saved the configuration, and now we get an error code FSC #3111 after an IPL. Any suggestions or help solving this issue. We bought this unit used, and do not have any manuals or admin or configuration guides. Thanks Dolapo- dolapo
