    Forgotten Administrator password and need to change it for SI7?

    No one in my company knows our administrator password for Crystal. As far as I can tell, Crystall wasn't set up with NT Authentication because I get an ASP error when I try to log in using NT Auth. Any idea how I can either clear out the administrator password in Crystal or find out what it is?

    When Crystal Enterprise was installed, the administrator password was changed. Now no one knows what it is. Is there any way to clear out all user id's and passwords to reset it back to a blank password?
