this solution is for M$ exchange 2000 in the exchange system manager add a new recipient policy with the following rule: type SMTP, address: %g.%s@domain.com make it primary address.- igor9

you can definitely save the log file manually or look for a product that will retrieve your log files and store them in database perhaps- igor9

Arcserve 2000/exchange back up stalls.
kemps, i think i had similar problem. what you are describing looks like QO23827 why don't you do this: 1. backup ARCserve 2000 DB to tape or else uninstall arcserve and all agents (reboot the system just to be sure that everything is uninstalled) 2. install arcserve 2000 3. install exchange...- igor9
