While this approach is working fine, I am unable to get it to load my default page.
I have to specifically say ../index.html to get a webpage. Also the Indexes have stopped working.
Any ideas as to what is gong wrong?

I don't think this is possible as the directory folder1 is within myfolder and thus bound by the rules of myfolder.
It wouldn't be logical anyhow.
(But i could be wrong as i am newbee :P)

Ok.......so I got some pictures of the internet and now my printer says that they are all 75DPI's in the pdf I created and won't look good when printed through press.
They look decent when I view them on screen and I am using the press style to export to pdf. Any ideas?

I converted a Color picture to Greyscale (Using Filter->Color). But now the picture is too dark.

I have currently worked out a way.
For all pictures I first drag them into Illustrator and then conver them to CMYK or Graysclale using Filter->Color menu.
Then I add these pictures to my indesign2 document using copy and paste. And then I'll export then using the press...
