I have a webhosting client that wants to monitor his employee's e-mail's. I know how to do it in the Microsoft world (Exchange) but not Linux. I have a RedHat Linux v9 box running QMail for SMTP and Courier-IMAP for IMAP/POP3 access.

I'm not sure why you would suggest he use two firewalls because it's redundant. It's like putting two doors in one door frame. Everytime you leave your house, you have to open two doors, when one is usually enough.
