Dear Rasanders, Thank you for your response, and tips. I had tried all 3 suggestions before, to no avail. The problem however, was not my application - rather, the cause was my new PC. Some registry files/libraries were missing. Once that was fixed, my application compiled without any problem...- nsrw

My application was developed in ACCESS2000 (front end) and the tables reside on a server (sql). I've created an mde from the main app several times, always overwriting the previous one. Each time I get a user request to 'add this button, disable that feature", I create a new mde for...- nsrw

Unable to delete records from Access Front-End!
