We have succession 3 with direct connect Tapi 3.
All was working ok until the users upgraded PCs from win 2000 to win xp.
The Tapi server is fine and we can make calls its the clients that cant make calls.
Where in the Tapi server can i find where tn or dn is linked to persons computer

Hi on the DBA which is 3 sets of 8 keys. On first page it starts on key 32 which is on the bottom and goes up to 39 on that page. The next page starts at 40 and goes up to 47. The next page starts on 48 and goes up to 55.
On the KBA the keys are two banks of keys
on the bottom right is key 32...
Hi we have added new skillsets in symposium .I am unable to see these new skillsets in filters in private displays in web client. It is only showing 10 how do i increase this to show more.

I have a symposium 4.02 06 with callpilot release 02.01.27
In symposium the voice ports will not acquire.
These are listed as callpilot TNs in the Meridian.
I keep getting acquired failure when i try to acquire in Symposium.
How can I acquire these.

We are having issues with ACD sets on i2050 phones.
We can login fine and take calls etc but we are unable to get the set to ring.
We can get a single tone taht is repeated about every 7 seconds but not ringing.
They have a SCR of own number and thats also not ringing
If you have any ideas...
