that was actually my next step its funny about not supporting USB, the win2k machine wont support the USB kb and mouse that was shipped with it. so i have to use legacy ports with a screaming pc oh well. thanks for the info b

I am trying to copy data from an NT4 machine to a win 2k machine, and i cant get the pc to recognize the Buslink USB cable. How can I force the NT4 pc to ask me for the drivers. or even where can I update the driver for the cable. there is no "add hardware device" option in control...
