Not sure what you mean by "ringing service" but we do have some sets configured to ring.
What I forgot to mention in my first post was that the outside caller would hear just one ring and then the call would go into the general delivery mailbox. I started looking at my active DNs and noticed...
Have a BCM400 with an intermittent problem. Incoming calls are sometimes directed into the general delivery mailbox. Some of the lines this occurs on aren't even set to be answered by call pilot.
