This is a known issue with certain batch of Palm Vx handhelds. Download teh digitiser fix and that should be it.

My guess is that it got nothing to do with the Palm Desktop, it got more to do with your OS. Most probably you have some software conflicts...I don't know what could it be though. If you have a fast connection, you could try downloading a new copy of the Palm Desktop from Palm's website if you...
