    Certain sites lock functions. Is there a work around? It's not like I'm going to use an image other than as a screen saver.

    Longhair, No spyware/malware/virus. Have double virus protection that seems to work well. Never hit by an infection. Have a firewall and Roadrunner that I hope i'm hide behind. I run Spybot S&D often and Ad-Aware SE. Run SpamBayes and XoftSpy. I'll try the safe mode. Thanks

    Mail client is Outlook 2003. I've set many rules with all kinds of subject words to be on the look for and tons still get through. I also use SpamBayes Outlook Plugin which stops at least 40 to 60 a day. I also run Spybot and Adaware often.
