    Using Exchange Admin goto the properties for the Internet Mail Service and set the administrators mailbox to yours.

    logging into OWA with email address

    Using Exchange Admin make the Alias field for each user the same as their username and then all they have to enter is their username instead of their address. The Alias field is in the mailbox properties on the General tab for each user.
