I found nothing useful in the arcserve log, have a look in the windows event log or dr watson log. Did you try turning the verify options off?

I also emailed this problem to Computer Associates Tech Support and here's the reply: Please change the following settings: Manager > Backup > Options > Verifications Change the backup verification settings to "none" or "scan backup media contents" This will solve the problem.

What Arcserve service packs have you installed? If none, I suggest installing SP4 Is it only jpg files? Or other picture files as well? Also can you please post the exact error from the Arcserve log.

Hi, Had the same problem... the template name in: File - Database - Properties - Design Tab, was wrong. Fixed it by doing a DB refresh: File - Database - Refresh Design, select mail server then click OK. -Dee
