    Time on cics

    The customer has analog trunks from a channel bank with caller id. I change the time and when the next call comes in I get my caller id and it changes the time again. Thanks

    bcm 450

    Have a bcm 450 5.0 with expasion cabinet. In the expasion cabinet has three analog cards and three 32+. I had to replace one of the 32 six times since july 4th this year. Same slot everytime. The alarm i get is alarm 50 digital card disconnecting. Could it be the back plan of the cabinet. Thanks

    Have a customer that recently change over to time warner cable. Since the change the customer has static on the outgoing calls only. They have one ci card and the system has been running great for the last 8 years.

    One more question about the mics side. This will be the second pri on it, the first is for dial tone. When i go in and program it up is says clear lines. It won't clear my target lines will it. Thanks,

    Line numbering

    I'm installing two pri's on 6.1 software. When programing the second one the line numbering was 31-54 is this correct? If so, what happen to 24 - 48. Thanks
