First replace your Maintenance draw, or sleave the lift pins on it with ten mm teflon spacers. After you have tried this and reset the printer and if the problem persists, the first thing to replace would be your dm clutch. Good luck

Check the type of media has been set correctly when using the bypass/multi-purpose tray. You must set on the front panel or in the print driver, the type of media you are using. You can only use plain, not gloss media from the paper tray and transperances from the tran tray or bypass tray...

Only the toner carts are individual colours. All the print carts can be used in any slot. Any print cart (image drum) can be used with any colour! Hope that helps [bigears]
