    Or block all access to the AOL mail servers, using NSLOOKUP you should be able to find all of the addresses. For IM, block all access to IP associated with login.oscar.aol.com. -Mike

    Under "Policy" and "SmartDefense" click the plus next to "IP and ICMP". Look at the options under there. The 3rd option is "Max Ping Size". Default is 64bytes, you can disable this, or (Best idea) raise the packet size.... -Mike

    Console into the Nokia enforcement module, and type the command "fw unloadlocal". Once done, re-push the policy... -Mike

    You could always use something like Websense (Seperate program). From there, you create "Catagories" with URLs inside each catagory. Each catagory has a seperate, configurable, HTTP page for display when someone trys to hit a blocked website....
