We have a problem with our arserver... VERY frequently it's crapping out with Dr. Watson (access denied) errors for arserver.exe. There appears to be plenty of memory available but it doesn't seem to be able to allocate it properly. We're running WinNT 4.0 (gasp) and I'm sure that doesn't help...

As part of the security policy for the server I'm running, I specify 4 settings in the registry under Current_User/Control Panel/Desktop. These are:
ScreenSaveActive=1
ScreenSaverIsSecure=1
ScreenSaveTimeout=900
SCRNSAVE.EXE=C:\WINNT\system32\logon.scr
