I have one user that receives two notifications for every piece of e-mail that comes in. I have ran repairs on his mailbox and we have gone through two version upgrades on the PO but the problem is still there.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
The first thing you can try is to recreate your backup job, ArcServe 7 has a problem when you try to edit a NetWare job. I had a similar error message after I edited a job, deleting the existing job and creating a new one helped.
