What kind of filters do you have installed? HTTP-Proxy?
Are you allowing outgoing TCP traffic?
Watch your TRaffic analysis, when you try to browse to a site or ping what messages come across the Traffic Monitor?

Actually no. I am 110% satisfied with the Fireboxes. They give you total control of what is going in and out of your network especially on the content portion. The nice thing is actually able to see and log it.

Watchguard is aware of the problem and there is a step-by-step FAQ on their web site to remove it. It does work at least on my machine it did.
