    virus data files are missing

    I'm using Win2K (SP3) and experienced the very same problem. All users accounts with Power User profiles encounters the problem from time to time. Uninstalling and reinstall solves temporarily. Unfortunately, it happened 4 times in less than 1 yr. Quite fed up with this whole process... No info...
