    Thanks to everyone for replying. You of course were correct, on closer inspection I found the power supply and tested it and as expected it was faulty. Thanks again

    n00benduser Thanks for your reply but this unit has no seperate power supply or anywhere one could be plugged in??

    The main phone on our system is not working it is an 8434 DX and only the display is not working. I have swapped the phone with another and it is exactly the same. So my question is does anyone know of a common fault that may cause this. Thanks

    On internal calls to a group hunt group we get a welcome message but on external calls to the same group hunt group it just rings until answered or drops out. does anyone have any hints. md110 BC10 Ta
