Check Tools>Options>Mail Setup>Email Accounts>View or Change
At the bottom where it says "Deliver new email to the following account" what does it say?
If your users mailboxes are supposed to be sitting on your mail server it should say "Mailbox- username"

Yes we edit the .bat file and leave it blank. It then mapes all of the old drives except for one. How can this possibly happen?
