Thank you again. The problem is, I can't find that where it used to be. I am missing some of those registry entries. I knew I was on the right track but now I must call them. Maybe they can tell me where it went. You have been quite helpful though.

I have version 8.5 of Crystal Reports Professional and when I run lengthy reports, it times out on me. I know I had a case open with Crystal and there was a way to go into the registry and change the value to a higher number so the BrowseTimeout didn't happen. Can you help?
