    Dan, I feel your pain. I have the exact same setup as you. Also, I have the exact same trouble. I don't use the smart doc or tweak so that I don't know about. I have tried both drivers to no avail. I also have a ATI TV tuner that is impossible to use with XP. In 98...every thing was AOK...
