    NAM...users not getting VM messages

    I have a client with a MICS and a NAM and occasionaly users are not getting their VM messages for up to 24 hours. Does anyone have any thoughts of what the problem may be??? I have already checked the VM ports (8-port mail) and they are all working.

    If you are trying to reset the the main VM admin password try the following: -Feature 985 -"Press" 9 73738 76 7793 that will spell 9 Reset SM PSWD -This should reset the VM admin password to 1020000 or 1002000 (if you have 4 digit ext's) I hope this answers your question
