You can map the drives locally. I had this problem and the only viable solution given to me was to upgrade the NT4.0 clients to Windows 2K professional. Sorry I can't offer better advice on this one!

Are you using networked login scripts or are you mapping the drives locally?

I had this problem and found that copying and pasting from the local drive to the remote drives and vice versa was an inherent problem with Windows Terminal Server 2000... To get around it, i used the following software: wtsftp - www.ibexsoftware.com Hope this helps
