    which version is working? is the version with the problem a read-only ? also check the properties of the .mdb file: in windows explorer right-click on the file and make sure the Read-Only is not Checked.

    select Username and Date at the same time, and hit the Primary key button (the Key on the toolbar) or u can go to view/indexes and set the following: Index Name : PrimaryKey Field Name: Username Field Name (on second row): date this way, the row will be unique based on the username and date...

    A replicated database cannot be converted to an MDE. but A database in MDE format can be converted to a replicated database. so try to create ur MDE first, then convert it to a replica good luck

    instead of writing "IN [Forms]![FormName]![TextBox].mdb", try the following and i think it will work: "IN " & [Forms]![FormName]![TextBox] & ".MDB" be careful about the spaces in "IN " and NO spaces in ".MDB" good luck Rania
