    Not sure with this forum, but can you zip and attach the database, if it is not too large........... There are other ways of doing it but they tend to involve more "hand-coding" and I at least try to avoid that when possible as I am just learning the coding aspects........ Regards...

    With a fair amount of coding with a subform to ask and then pass the seperate values into your "Total" field.......... Why not a data entry form with "X" amount of fields for your subtotals with can then be stored and placed in a "textbox" on your form to display...
