Well this has kinda become a blog for me to post my Project Journal. Hopefully I help someone else in the process. Posted Resources and was able to create a Master Project file. Found that I cannot use the template if I want to have the Shared Resource pool update the individual projects...

Dug a little deeper and was able to keep the resources that were assigned when the template was created. But any editing to the shared resource file doesn't carry over. Does project allow you to create a template using shared resources or am I going to have to update them manually each time??
