our friendly veritas salesman told us we needed the library expansion option for multiple drives (i guess he is on commission - grrr). i am still a little confused by the licensing - do i need some sort of additional server option/license to write to multiple drives?

We run 2 jobs that write to 2 separate DLT (35/70 and 40/80) drives each night. Is it possible for BE9.1 to run both jobs at the same time (i.e. write to both devices at once)?

No sorry I haven't found a solution but it is good to know that it is not only a problem with our installation of ePO server. I was going to log a call with Network Associates but realised that our grant number just expired. Need to renew our licenses first.

Hi,
I just upgraded to ePO 3.01 (SP1) and now have a problem viewing the task logs. When I click on server or repository and then the Task Logs tab I get 100% CPU usage and the ePO console stops responding. Anyone else seen this or know a fix?

Seems the scheduler in ePO 3.0 server is dependent on the Network Associates Task Manager which comes with VirusScan. Installed VirusScan 7.0 (which I was meant to do before installing ePO anyway ;) and now the scheduled tasks are working properly

I just upgraded from ePO 2.51 to ePO 3.0. All is working ok except updating the master repository. I can manually pull updates from either NAIftp or NAIhttp to the master repository from NAI but the default scheduled task (update) never runs. i tried creating a new scheduled pull task but...
