    Don't have much experience with machine ups'. Check you configuration is correct and if you still have problems log a call with HP or whoever supports the ups. Sorry can't be of more help.

    It would appear that you have a problem with the ups attached to your machine. If you don't have a ups, then stop the monitor daemon running.

    Top will also work on tru-64. Also check out the man page for ps. ps aux | sort –r –k 2 | more will show the top memory using processes. Sort by adifferent fields to get it by cpu (sorry can't remember which one). Hope this is of some help.
