Stange NDPS Printing Issue

Recommendation for good OCP study guide
I'm thinking of purchasing the following book: Ocp:Oracle8I Dba Certification Kit: Study Guide (Certification Kit) by Chip Dawes, Joe Johnson, Matthew Weishan, by Sybex. When putting in a brand new tape my backup won't start
Does this mean that you have to erase every tape before you use it? That makes no sense. You should be able to insert a tape and have it wrote to if the overwrite feature is on.- SDT
