As a webhost I have to agree with quebasic2 ... cold fusion is expensive for a webhost, so most don't offer it, and if they do, it will most likely cost you extra... PHP is free...
In this script I'm not sure how to make these calculations work right... can someone help please? The $biannually and $yearly vars.

Actually I did edit the config.inc.php file, I removed the value from $cfg['PmaAbsoluteUri'] = ''; so that I could access phpmyadmin from another computer connected to that one. It worked, but I think that is when the problems started.
I did a phpinfo.php and copied the source and put it in this page which can be view at: http://66.227.3.187/phpinfo[1].html Notice how even that page has garbage in it.
Unfortunately I cannot give access to the database because it is on a non-internet connected server. But here is page code and if you want I can post the phpinfo results...
