Phantom Calls on a certain Loop

Thanks GHTROUT. This did not help the phantom call issue but it did however, help us during a security threat at our company.

Phantom Calls on a certain Loop

Ok but what about the root of the dropped calls issue? That was the main issue. Do you think that the ICI 05 not being labeled is the reason for this. B/c Now I realize that these are real people because it even happens to me when I try to call the operator by pressing '0' or calling the main...

Phantom Calls on a certain Loop

The call actually displays in the PC Attendant Console Queue. As a matter of fact it usually displays too many calls in the Queue. For Example, it may display 5 Calls when there is actually only one "real call" in the queue. The other calls are "dead air" calls. Sometimes the "dead air"/Loop 5...

    Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003

Thanks for all of your help guys. The versions worked great and I also figured out the problem with the error. It was the Send As and Receive As permissions are set to DENY by default in 2003 (Even for the enterprise admin acct.) Once I changed it I was good to go.

    Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003

I tried using ExMerge 6.5x on Exchange 5.5 (Did not work). Nonetheless I found an older version to take care of that problem so that is not a problem anymore. But my problem now is that I get the error: Error configuring message service (MSPST MS) (MAPI_E_EXTENDED_ERROR)...

    Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003

Tried using ExMerge and seem to be running into a lot of hurdles. The First hurdle was that the version of ExMerge didn't work on our current Exchange Server (Exchange 5.5/NT 4.0 Server). I finally found an older version of ExMerge (v.3.71). Next is when I attempt to import the .PST files...

    Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003

We currently are running Exchange 5.5 in our current domain. We are setting up a brand new domain and don't want the two domains to ever see each other but we need to convert the old Exchange 5.5 Database to be used on Exchange 2003. Any third party tools? Suggestions?

    Windows XP Administrative Privileges

Who setup this computer for you (who installed XP)? Maybe they could help you get into the machine. Do you have any other accounts on the machine that could possibly have admin rights? If not try some of the basic passwords or even a pwd generator. If that doesn't work then other measures may...

Bridging LinkSys BEFW11S4 with 2nd router via wireless

I am trying to bridge a LinkSys BEFW11S4 and another wireless router (Dell Truemobile 2300) together to extend our network. I seem to be having great difficulty in achieving this. I gave both routers IP addresses on the same subnet (among other changes) and I still can't connect. Can anyone...
