hi, thanks for your reply. I am using a lot of tweens because we are bringing in the photos using various cool looking transitions. Each movie is about 3.5 to 4.6 megs. Is that too big for a local movie? I am going to resize as many photos as I can.

I want to scale text horizontally, which i am able to do by dragging the scaling handles...but i am not able to put a number into the transform box and scale it, which is what i want to do. Does anyone know why this is happening??

Hi, Whenever I want to make something semi transparant, I adjust the alpha. In order for the alpha option to be available, I have to attach a motion tween onto the object. Is this the correct way to adjust the transparency? if so...why do i have to attach a motion tween every time.

Is there a way to align the contents in the pop-up window? My window opens a jpg photo. My pop-up window size is the exact same size as the photo it opens. Problem is that there is white space above and to the left because the photo is not aligned top left properly. it looks bad. how can i fix...
