    Thanks nulldev, but having owned this machine for almost two years and having replaced that little thing 4 or 5 times, it was the first thing I checked and it was intact. Any other ideas? Thanks

    I'm getting an out of paper error message, even though the tray has 40-50 pages remaining. Only has the one upper tray. Anyone got an idea about this? Thanks for the help. RG
