I have got a few SUN ultra10's running solaris 7 and i need to know what hardware is in each of them (ie processor speed, RAM size, Hard disk size etc).
Is there a command or util i can use to detect this ?

/etc/local/bin/bash - my favorite.
So, i have just created the file /etc/shells and put a line in it:
/etc/local/bin/bash
And i can now ftp to my user account!!

Unfortunately I don't have a /etc/ftpusers or a /etc/shells file.
Im using a cmd prompt from Windows 2000 and typing "ftp <ip address>"
