We are running MS Exchange Server. Personal folder files (on Outlook 98) have been created to archive mail etc. The pst files are stored on a server to allow for backups of the pst files. Hi, I have a partition on a server that is being used to store personal folders for my clients. The partition is now full and now I am looking at getting my clients to archive the contents of their current personal folders so as to free up space on the server.
